Did you know that there are six strengths that happy people frequently have in common? The Happiness Ladder not only breaks down what these rungs are, but how you can assess where you are, how you can progress, and how to find joy in your own unique journey.
How does it work? We all have to begin somewhere and only you know where you are at, at this point, today. By giving yourself a score in each area (Health, God, Gratitude, Growth, and Charity), you can determine what your base is so that as we climb together, you can continually assess yourself to see how far you have come.
